I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly attentive and made my stay feel special. The resort is smaller, which allowed me to connect with other guests easily. However, I did miss having a buffet option for dinner; the requirement to make reservations at the restaurants was a bit inconvenient. The beach area was not ideal due to erosion, but the location right in Playa made up for it with easy access to shopping and entertainment.

I just returned from a 10-day stay at Panama Jack, and it truly exceeded my expectations in many ways. The resort was clean, the aquatic facilities were well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially at the Brazilian steakhouse, but I did find some dining options to be a bit lacking in flavor. Location-wise, it's perfectly situated near Fifth Avenue, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. Overall, a great spot if you're not overly picky about the beach quality.
